  • Position : Product Development Lead/Business Development [Beauty/Personal Care]
  • Location : Shenton Way
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 Basic + 20% Target Bonus (Per Annum Gross) + Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain project trackers, documentation, and databases while monitoring progress and addressing risks.
  • Track documentation, production timelines, and logistics, acting as the main contact for clients and suppliers.
  • Help build and maintain regional partnerships with clients and suppliers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and conduct market research.
  • Represent the company in meetings with prospects, partners, or clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or client services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of the beauty/personal care industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
