Product Development Leadership
We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Lead to drive business growth and lead product development initiatives in the Beauty/Personal Care industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion, maintaining project trackers, documentation, and databases while monitoring progress and addressing risks.
- Track production timelines, logistics, and client/supplier communications as the main contact for clients and suppliers.
- Build and maintain regional partnerships with clients and suppliers, identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals.
- Represent the company in meetings with prospects, partners, or clients, highlighting our value proposition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or client services, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of the beauty/personal care industry is an asset.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong network of professional contacts, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
