1. Head Office Coordination

  • Communicating and coordinating with the head office in Japanese
  • Providing support for internal audits
  • Responding appropriately to inquiries from various departments at the head office.
  • Sharing information and coordinating between departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

2. Internal Control-Related Tasks

  • Proposing and supporting the implementation of business process improvements based on internal controls.
  • Conducting internal audits and assisting in reviewing and improving business processes.

3. Other Assigned Tasks

  • Handling other management and operational tasks as instructed by the head office.
  • Assisting with document preparation and data entry as needed.

Requirements :

  • Prior work experience.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Skilled in basic computer skills, including Excel.
  • Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Headquarter in Japan
