With over 1,200 wine labels, a range of cocktail curiosities, and modern classic dishes by Michelin-starred talent set to the soundtrack of live music from jazz, soul, R&B, enter a sensorial playground that's both intimate and playfully unfiltered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, tailoring recommendations to guests' needs and guiding guests through the wine selection process
  • Oversee the purchase and management of wine inventory, specially curating a list of unique wines that complements the overall service and culinary direction of the venue
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create a list of wine and food pairing menus
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
  • Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
  • Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the industry, especially in the field of beverages and wines

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of a year of experience working as a junior sommelier
  • WSET or CSW qualifications preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude
  • Team player
  • Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
