Infrastructure Service Delivery Director

Permanent role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of secure infrastructure and cloud services across hybrid environments in a System Integrator (SI) setting. This role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid IT operations, SIEM tools, APM platforms, and data diode environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical leadership, client relationship management, and strategic service operations experience across multi-client environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic service delivery across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid platforms, ensuring high-quality operations and SLA adherence.
  • Oversee secure data environments, SIEM, observability, and analytics tools (Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, etc.).
  • Manage client relationships, conduct service reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure ITIL-based operations (incident, change, problem management) and foster automation and process excellence.
  • Lead and develop technical teams, manage budgets, and align services to business goals.
Qualifications:
  • 10–15 years in IT service delivery; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in SI environments and managing large, complex IT projects.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, data analytics, and security monitoring.
  • Required: ITIL v4 Foundation; Preferred: PMP, Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), ITIL Managing Professional.
