We are seeking a Lead SoftwareEngineer to lead the development of AI-drivenproducts and solutions. This role requires a strong technicalleader to oversee a team of Software Engineers, QAEngineers, and AI Engineers, ensuring alignment withbusiness needs and delivering impactful solutions. You will play apivotal role in making technical decisions, integrating bestpractices, and collaborating with both internal and externalstakeholders.
  • WorkingHours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: OneNorth
  • SalaryPackage: Up to $15,000 (basic) +AWS
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadthe software engineering, quality assurance, and DevSecOpsfunctions within the product teams.
  • Define theengineering scope, oversee development, and ensure the successfuldelivery of software products.
  • Make strategictechnical decisions, balancing trade-offs and mitigatingrisks.
  • Integrate DevSecOps, MLOps, and qualityassurance frameworks into software development.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes to enhancesoftware reliability and maintainability.
  • Guide engineers in developing high-quality, scalableAI-driven applications.
  • Manage team resources,performance, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, andexperimentation.
  • Stay up to date with LLM, AI,and software engineering trends to refine internalworkflows.
Qualifications& Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering,Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ yearsof relevant experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on softwareengineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experiencein Agile development (e.g., Scrum).
  • 3+ yearsof experience in designing, developing, deploying, and monitoringmachine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) solutions usingDocker, Kubernetes, or Kubeflow.
  • 3+ years ofexperience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure); experiencewith Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in Bash andPowerShell scripting on Linux.
  • Provenexperience managing engineering teams, including AI engineers,software engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers.
  • Good to have: AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analyticsexpertise.
  • Strong analytical andprioritization skills, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.
  • Excellent communication skills,able to articulate technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changes andpivot strategies based on business and customerneeds.
