  3. Provides professional customer support with a forthcoming mindset for customers to keep coming back and avoid unpleasant future encounters
  4. Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  5. Attends to and communicates promptly to address customers' queries at the most excellent approach
  6. Acknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concerns
  7. Communicates and coordinates with team and management
