Lead Blue-Collar Workforce Solutions at Scale

At CREW, you will drive large-scale hiring campaigns and partner closely with clients to fill critical frontline positions. This role offers leadership opportunities in project management and client servicing within the high-volume space.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across multiple industries.
  • Lead and coordinate mass hiring events and urgent deployment projects.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide hiring insights.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure recruitment standards are met.
  • Oversee recruitment metrics and track performance outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience (blue-collar preferred).
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience with high-volume or time-sensitive hiring is an advantage.
  • Hands-on, solutions-driven, and comfortable with ground operations.
