Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AR/AP/Billing) ( Permanent )

Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Distribution

Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT-Admiralty)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM)

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and submitting sales invoices to customers
  2. Processing payments (GIRO, FAST & etc) to vendors
  3. Perform data entry for invoices (sales/purchases/expenses), payments and receipts
  4. Assist in month-end closing
  5. Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents
  6. Handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations
  7. Handle customers' inquiries & requests accordingly via phone calls or emails
  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of GCE "N" level, Nitec, or equivalent.
  2. Good attitude and written/spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  3. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  4. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & etc)
  5. Knowledge of the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System will be an advantage
  6. Able to start work immediately or on short notice
  7. Entry level applicants are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
