Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Shape Our Brand : Build and manage a consistent, compelling brand identity across multiple platforms.

Boost Our Presence : Establish a strong online and offline presence through creative, emerging marketing channels.

Develop Strategies : Design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.

Drive Client Acquisition : Build meaningful business relationships and manage lead pipelines to support the financial consultants team.

Launch Campaigns : Plan, execute, and monitor impactful digital and physical marketing campaigns.

Support Sales & Recruitment : Provide marketing insights and assist the recruitment team in generating leads.

Analyze Audiences : Study demographics and track marketing campaign performance to refine future efforts.

Marketing Support : Help run daily marketing activities, tests, and coordinate internal projects.

What You Bring

A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

A proactive, energetic, and positive mindset.

An understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience is a bonus—but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

What You'll Get

Monthly Salary : $5,000 – $6,000

Bonuses : 13th Month Pay + Performance Bonus + Commission + Annual Bonus
