JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • BOARDING DUTIES
  • PORT & IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE
  • PREPARATION OF DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS
  • CORRESPOND WITH VESSEL PRINCIPALS, CHARTERERS AND RELEVANT PARTIES AND CARRY OUT THEIR REQUEST
  • LIAISE WITH SHIP CHANDLERS, BUNKER COMPANIES & FREIGHT FORWARDERS FOR DELIVERY OF CARGO TO VESSEL
  • ANY OTHER AD-HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE 'O' LEVEL / N LEVEL & ABOVE
  • 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE OR WITH SIMILAR WORK EXPERIENCE WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
  • WORKING IRREGULAR/ODD HRS INCLUDE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
  • GOOD PERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABLE TO TAKE PRESSURE, INDEPENDENT, MATURE & TEAM PLAYER
  • KNOWLEDGE OF MARINET WRITTEN WITH ENGLISH & CHINESE (TO LIAISE WITH CHINESE SPEAKING ASSOCIATES)
  • START WORK IMMED AN ADVANTAGE
  • 5 DAYS WORK WEEK BUT EXPECTED TO BE ON CALL 24/7
