Marketing & Operations Intern

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives and operational processes. This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, visual merchandising and retail sales front end and back end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, livestreams and web platforms.
  • Research and engage with influencers aligned with OWELL's brand.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing Department.

Operation & Coordination

  • Daily operation – liaise with retail sales staff in the area of sales fulfilment, promotion feedback, products feedback.
  • Taking minutes during the marketing meeting and sales meeting, follow up with the relevant departments to execute the tasks.
  • Assist team with monthly sales report and other administrative tasks.
  • Selected candidate maybe required to go down to retail outlet for a few days on-the-job learning.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department

General Support

  • Assist with photoshoots, graphic design, video editing, as and when needed.
  • Support new product design and packaging box design

Job Requirements:

  • Creative Skills: Familiar with social media platforms, video editing and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator.
  • Operational Interest: Keen to learn about retail operational and management processes.
  • Passion for health wellness and sports enthusiasm.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptable to fast-growing pace, attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing. Can-do attitude.
