Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title:

F&B Service Crew (Part Time and Full Time)

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that food orders are prepared accurately, assembled efficiently, and delivered to customers quickly. They act as the key link between the kitchen and customers, ensuring smooth service in a high-speed environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Order Accuracy & Speed
  • Verify orders for accuracy before they are served or packed.
  • Assemble meals quickly and efficiently, ensuring correct packaging.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple orders, especially during peak hours.
2. Food Quality & Presentation
  • Ensure proper portioning, packaging, and presentation according to brand standards.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff if any items are missing or need to be remade.
3. Communication & Coordination
  • Work closely within the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Relay urgent requests or order modifications to the kitchen.
  • Help manage the flow of orders during busy periods to avoid delays.
4. Cleanliness & Organization
  • Keep the expediting station clean and organized at all times.
  • Ensure food trays, bags, and containers are stocked and ready for service.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of hot and cold food items.
Part Time Crew Remuneration and Working Hours:
  • Part Time Crew
  • Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 4pm
  • Up to $14/hr depending on experience
  • Punctuality Bonus
Full Time Crew Remuneration and Working Hours:
  • Full Time Crew
  • Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 5.30pm
  • $2,200 - $2,600 depending on experience
  • Punctuality Bonus
  • Incentive Bonus linked to store performance
Requirements:
  • SG, PR, LTVPs with LOC only.
  • Experience in fast food or high-volume food service is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced, high-energy fast food restaurant.
  • Requires standing for long hours and handling multiple orders at once.
  • Interaction with customers, kitchen staff, and front-line crew
