Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot & resolve faults in the Fuel Management System (FMS).
  • Conduct monthly preventive maintenance on fuel monitoring and dispensing systems.
  • Respond to daily defects & ad-hoc job requests promptly.
  • Answer phone queries from customers and provide technical support.
  • Support the Project Manager (PM) in system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Log and document daily faults, maintenance activities, and system performance.
  • Ensure proper tagging and tracking of system defects and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Nitec/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
