Role Summary

You will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge if maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the Diffusion module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on thermal process tools, including vertical and horizontal furnaces used for oxidation, annealing, and dopant diffusion, collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
  • Operate and maintain ion implantation tools to introduce dopants into wafers with accurate dosage and energy levels.
  • Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for Diffusion – Furnace (TEL & KE) and Implant (AMAT, PURION & SMIT) tools.
  • Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

  • Diploma's or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields
  • Experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
