Roles & Responsibilities

- Perm/Contract/Perm Part-time

- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

- Marymount

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.

    Conduct in-depth financial analysis, spotting trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Proactively advise management based on research and data-driven insights.

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & StrategyDevelop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic growth.

    Partner with management to craft and refine pricing strategies for market competitiveness.

    Propose cost optimization and revenue-enhancement initiatives.

  • Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    Implement strong internal controls and conduct audit preparations.

    Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

  • Operations & PayrollOversee cash flow and working capital management.

    Be comfortable managing payroll processes when required.

    Support operational efficiency across finance functions.

  • Leadership & CollaborationMentor and support junior team members (if any).

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and business goals.

    Contribute as a trusted advisor to Director

Period:

  • Permanent/ Contract/ Permament Part-time

Location:

  • Marymount

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Salary:

  • Up to 6,000

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Strategic mindset – ability to devise pricing, cost, and growth strategies.
  • Self-starter with initiative – able to work independently, think critically, and offer proactive solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
