Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, spotting trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively advise management based on research and data-driven insights.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategy
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic growth.
Partner with management to craft and refine pricing strategies
for market competitiveness.
Propose cost optimization and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement strong internal controls and conduct audit preparations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
Operations & Payroll
Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
Be comfortable managing payroll processes
when required.
Support operational efficiency across finance functions.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and support junior team members (if any).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and business goals.
Contribute as a trusted advisor to Director

Salary
Up to 6,000
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
At least 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Strategic mindset
– ability to devise pricing, cost, and growth strategies.
Self-starter with initiative
– able to work independently, think critically, and offer proactive solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
