Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Head of Projects / Project Manager who is more than just an executor—you are a builder, strategist, and leader. You will own the end-to-end launch of new business verticals, driving everything from business development and marketing strategy to operations and full P&L management.

You will lead the charge in:

  • Identifying growth opportunities and market gaps.
  • Designing the go-to-market strategy for new verticals (e.g., Smart Home, Pet Lifestyle, Travel, and more).
  • Building high-impact operational teams from scratch.
  • Leading execution across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Managing full P&L accountability and scaling each vertical to profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and validate new business opportunities, create market entry strategies, and establish growth plans.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Design and launch multi-channel marketing strategies, lead generation, and brand activations.
  • Operations Management: Build and optimize project workflows, event operations, vendor relationships, and logistics.
  • P&L Accountability: Oversee budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and financial forecasting.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and peak performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize processes for growth and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive seamless execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project management or business development, ideally in events, consumer fairs, or platform-driven businesses.
  • 5–7 years in a senior project management or operations role.
  • Strong P&L management experience—can read financials, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
  • High adaptability—can pivot quickly and handle complex, fast-moving projects.
  • Leadership qualities with a builder mentality—you thrive on building structures from scratch and scaling them.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize without waiting for direction.
