Over the last 7 years, TBWA\ has invested heavily into its data capabilities, hiring some of the industry's smartest people and bringing them all together into one, centralised team known as the Disruption Accelerator. We're based 50% in Singapore and 50% ROW and work directly with the top TBWA offices worldwide - supporting the creation of the best strategic and creative work globally.

We are looking for someone analytical to join the team.

This is a part-technical, part-consultative role that will suit someone who is a self-starter and enjoys building creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in data and analytics, but will also be able to understand and articulate the commercial impact of their projects.

Key skills that we will look for include:

  • Ability to analyse and explore syndicated research sources (e.g. GWI, YouGov, SimilarWeb etc) to investigate audiences, test theories and surface meaningful insights)
  • Solving problems creatively when the data isn't obviously available. Understanding and investigating the open source and 3rd data landscape
  • Bring ready to translate data into disruptive insights and to create world class RTBs that offer our markets practical solutions.
  • Understands the interdependency between data strategy, analytics and martech - how they need to work together to enable to best output
  • Being able to lead complex data projects - breaking down big problems into manageable chunks and being able to take leadership on the journey with you
  • Ability to use data to can sharpen creative briefs and inspire strategy

On a practical level, the ideal candidate will:

  • have 4+ years of experience as an analyst with proven coding skills
  • have experienced working with team of analysts/data strategists
  • be comfortable working with 3rd party research data
  • have a proven track record of turning data into client-friendly presentations
  • be interested in people, cultures and the world outside of their comfort zone
  • probably have some kind of a side hustle
