Midnight Cook

Lead a team of kitchen staff in planning & executing daily work in the central kitchen. Design Chinese cuisine menu, cooking for daily orders, requisition of raw materials, planning kitchen manpower. Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department on promotional events for catering clients. Required to work midnight shift or according to orders.
