Roles & Responsibilities

Working location: Central

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Salary: up to $3,500

Job Duties:

· Responsible for handling sea import operations process and preparing documentation

· Prepares full set of shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin

· Declaring and applying for custom permits and other related documents responsibilities

· Liaising with freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters

· Ensuring that all jobs are executed efficiently and accurately in a timely manner, complying with customer requirements

· Managing email correspondence with customers and overseas agents

· Generating reports as and when required

· Performing basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Requirement:

· Minimum 1 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
