Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Temporary Administrative Staff – Accreditation & CPE Division

Company: Secretariat of Healthcare Professional Boards,

Contract period : Immediate (6months)

Location: Kim Keat Road

Salary:

  • Diploma Holder: SGD 13.60 per hour
  • Degree Holder: SGD 18.50 per hour

Working Days / Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Lunch : an hour

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Attend to email enquiries relating to practitioners' Practising Certificate (PC) renewal applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims, events, and applications.
  • Process PC renewal and CPE-related applications, claims, and events.
  • Monitor and report system-related issues (if any) to IT.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder.
  • Proficient in written and spoken
  • Previous working experience in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) environment is advantageous.

Skills / Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
