What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and offer styling advice or product recommendations
  • Answer product inquiries and ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience

Drive Sales Performance

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant items, and support in-store promotions or campaigns

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

  • Keep the store tidy, clean, and well-stocked
  • Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and reflect brand standards

Product Knowledge

  • Learn and understand our full product range
  • Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers

Cashiering

  • Handle payments and transactions accurately
  • Follow store cash handling procedures and maintain a reliable till

Who We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or babywear
  • Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Sales-driven and enjoys helping customers find the perfect item
  • Reliable team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
  • Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
