Description
This role will be involved in providing efficient Project Management Office and Secretariat support. Responsibilities will include tracking and reporting on overall technical progress, as well as handling administrative and secretarial tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
This role will serve as the subject matter expert on key processes and policies across all shared services, support the rigorous tracking, management, maintenance, and documentation of administrative tasks.
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience in project management, administrative and secretariat related work.
- Proactive and dedicated individual with strong multi-tasking capabilities and attention to details.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people at both junior and senior levels.
- High competency levels in project management tools and video conferencing tools e.g. MS Project, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Experience in data analytics &/or research industries will be added advantage.
