Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to executive and C-level users,ensuring minimal downtime and top-tier customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and support Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Windows environments including user account management, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide setup and technical support for AV events, meetings, and conference rooms (on-site and remote).
  • Assist with Citrix Cloud/XenDesktop/XenApp environment troubleshooting and end-user support.
  • Support Microsoft Azure administration tasks related to endpoints, Exchange Online, and VDI.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, solutions, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT end-user support role, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level users with professionalism and urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint support.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Cloud, XenDesktop, or XenApp environments.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration (endpoint management, Exchange, VDI).
  • Experience supporting AV and conference room technology (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Crestron, etc.).
