We're Hiring: 360° Freelance Recruiters (WFH) #Commission based

Remote | Flexible Schedule | Commission-Based

  • We're looking for motivated, resourceful, and self-driven recruiters to support talent acquisition across a variety of industries, including Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, and more.

Job Description:

As a 360° Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering top talent through proactive sourcing, thorough screening, and seamless coordination of the hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire recruitment process — from job intake to candidate placement.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers or clients to define job requirements and hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
  • Provide end-to-end support to ensure a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process, when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle (360°) recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local job market and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Must possess CEI Certification (Compulsory for recruiters in Singapore).
