Job Description

We are expanding our Construction Robotics Division and seeking a passionate Sales Executive who is self-driven and eager to take ownership of a high-growth business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of robotic solutions through proactive outreach and site visits
  • Manage the complete customer journey from initial inquiry to after-sales support
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations at construction sites and showroom
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms
  • Coordinate with international suppliers and internal technical teams
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute strategic insights for division growth
  • Support customers in accessing government grants (BETC/PSG) for robotics adoption
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (construction/industrial experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong interest in technology, automation, or construction equipment
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license and comfort with driving commercial vehicles (vans)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with cold calling and client meetings
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (essential for supplier coordination)
  • Singapore Citizen or PR (CCP eligibility requirement)
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites and conduct field demonstrations
