Roles & Responsibilities

IT Manager
(ERP, Infrastructure, Security, Team Lead)
  • Location: Tuas
  • Hours: 5 Days (8:30am - 5:15pm)
  • Company Transport: Provided from Marsiling & Jurong East MRT
  • Salary: S$ 5,000 - 6,500 (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in:

    ERP Systems (SAP Business One, MS Business Central/NAV preferred)

    Full SDLC and at least 1 full ERP implementation

    Programming, Software Design, and Implementation

    IT Infrastructure (Windows Server, Desktop Support)

    Security (Firewalls, Security Systems)
  • Technical Skills: MS SQL, Crystal Reports, Web/Domain Management
  • Prior roles: Systems/ Network Engineer, DBA, Security Analyst, or ERP Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • ERP & Applications: Lead support, customization, and enhancements for SAP Business One and MS Business Central. Handle data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, hardware, and databases for optimal performance locally and overseas.
  • Security & Compliance: Administer firewall and security systems. Liaise with auditors and manage IT policies/SOPs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and provide technical leadership to the IT team.
  • Strategy & Budgeting: Prepare IT budgets, source vendors, and propose cost-saving IT solutions for business operations.
  • Web & Support: Design and maintain the company website. Provide front-line support and troubleshooting.
