Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the Regional Commercial (MPH) team, a key driver in building a solid, profitable and sustainable business for A. Menarini Asia-Pacific, the Senior / Regional Commercial Ops Support Executive, MPH is responsible for executing medical marketing activities for existing and future new products launch, in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial (MPH) team, and Local Sales & Marketing teams. The role is responsible for supporting the Regional Commercial (MPH) team for the design, planning and execution of regional medical marketing activities, CME (Continuing Medical Education) meetings, exhibitions, symposiums, congresses, and regional KOL development programs. In addition, the role will also manage the payment operations to external vendors and tracking of the A&M spending of regional brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with the regional commercial managers on marketing campaigns and events organization and execution, and country teams to ensure efficient and seamless execution of regional activities and engagements
  • Provide inputs to regional campaign implementation as well as budgeting exercises
  • Support regional commercial managers in project management in regional marketing activities: i.e. small scale expert meeting, third-party conferences, regional congresses, multi-country speaker tours and large-scale corporate events in liaison with event management agencies or internal stakeholders including country teams.
  • Co-lead specific marketing projects (e.g. digital, small scale campaigns) with guidance from regional commercial managers.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Raise PR/PO for regional brands to support vendor and marketing assets/events execution.
  • Complete administrative/compliance process in HCP engagements (internal systems and pre and post event coordination in process and documentation)
  • Provide secretarial support to Regional Commercial (MPH) Team including logistic and administrative management including KOL's travel arrangement and country process/compliance requirements.
  • Track and monitor team A&P actual against budget – monthly basis
  • Ad-hoc reports / activities as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Marketing and Events either working in-house or with an agency, passionate about marketing and event management in a fast-paced and demanding nature of marketing operations preferred
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented with a flexible approach
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous with details
  • Able to prioritise workload, and proactive in seeking solutions.
  • Demonstrate high sense of urgency to meet customer request
