Job Description

Sound Advisers (Audio-Visual & Lighting Systems Integrator) is hiring a dedicated Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our growing business.

This is a full-time, office-based role. You must be able to report to our office at least 3 days a week. This position is open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Finance

  • Filing and organising documents, contracts, and records
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders (PO), and quotations
  • Simple bookkeeping and support for GST submissions
  • HR support: staff leave, salaries, work permit applications, and records management

2. Logistics & Inventory

  • Maintain and update stock lists (AV products & building materials)
  • Track fast-moving items and prepare reorders in line with project needs

3. Social Media & Content

  • Manage company social media platforms
  • Create content with the support of AI tools (text, captions, ideas)
  • Basic photo and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar apps)

4. Ad-hoc Support

  • Source quotations for purchases
  • Research technology products and compile details for management
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Organised, detail-oriented, patient, and calm in nature
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in admin, finance, or logistics
  • Experience with Canva/CapCut (photo & video editing)
  • Prior experience in Construction, M&E, or AV industries
Working Hours

5-day work week (Mon–Fri)

Reporting to the office at least 3 days per week
