Company is part of a leading global trading group, engaged in commodities derivatives and physical precious metals trading. Headquartered in London with offices in Tokyo, Singapore, and New York, we operate globally. The Singapore branch covers corporate clients across Asia (excluding Japan).
Responsibilities:

"Must have basic knowledge of accounting and taxation to communicate with relevant staff, even without direct experience."
1) Assist Traders and Sales for both commodities derivatives and physical precious metals business.
Sending trade recaps
Inputting trades into the system
Preparing and monitoring various system reports
Coordinating with back office, middle office, and compliance teams in London as necessary
2) Assist logistic operation, handling shipping documents, reconciling inventory balance etc.
3)Handle accounting work, such as to expense reimbursement, payment request, invoice etc.
4)Document filing, such as audited financial filing, GST filing and Transfer Pricing Document etc.
Handle general office administration work.
Qualification and Skills:
More than 3 years working experience in administrative job
Advantage if you have an experience in simple accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrate ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with team members.

Full time / Permanent position
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:15pm
