We are hiring an Azure Cloud Administrator / Engineer to support enterprise cloud and infrastructure operations. This role is ideal for candidates with two to three years of solid Azure cloud administration experience and deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations while contributing to cloud transformation and service improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on working experience in Microsoft Azure administration
  • Strong practical experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Experience in operational support for servers, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or AZ-104 are a strong advantage

Role Overview

As an Azure Cloud Administrator / Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining both cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will assist in system administration, user support, patching, monitoring, and project implementation related to Azure, Microsoft 365, and general IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support cloud environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Perform day-to-day infrastructure administration including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V, and backups
  • Support cloud operations including identity and access management, subscriptions, policies, resource groups, and virtual machines
  • Handle Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Monitor performance, manage incidents, and troubleshoot issues across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Support patching, backup, access control, and system monitoring tasks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support infrastructure projects and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and change control records
  • Stay updated on Azure and Microsoft 365 developments and best practices to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum two to three years of direct experience in Azure cloud administration
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and operational support
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions
  • Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, MS-100, and MS-101 are highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
