Job Summary:

Role: Digital Marketing Project Executive in Singapore

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Project Executive to lead the execution of our online commerce development project. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, project management, and e-commerce strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and strategy development to execution and performance tracking.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Experience with B2C marketing & ecommerce

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the company's online commerce growth objectives.

- Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, and establish project timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support project deliverables.

- Manage day-to-day project activities, including task assignment, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

- Assisting in managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics

- Assist in the strategic management of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook

- Act as an in-house visual content creator, using photography or video for compelling social media content

- Food photography: Responsible for photographing and the digital imaging of all the brand's products for promotional & menu purposes.

- Monitor project performance against established goals and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
