Job Description
  • Support day-to-day operational processes within equities trading and settlement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation to reflect current practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
  • Identify and escalate any operational risks or issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements within equities operations.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Equities Operations professional should have:

  • A strong understanding of equities operations within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in operational processes related to banking and financial services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in equities trading and settlement.
  • Competence in using relevant software and tools for operational workflows.
