Roles & Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Senior Executive, Inventory Planning & Parts

  • Located in North (on-site at Senoko)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Basic + Mobile + Flexi benefits + Bonuses

What you'll do:

  • Understand and execute forecasting and replenishment, including safety stock and working stock concepts to balance overstock vs. out-of-stock.
  • Analyse and manage stock and purchase-order data to optimise allocation across locations.
  • Work closely with Users and Parts Store to establish an efficient demand/supply process.
  • Generate and analyse reports to support demand, forecast, and supply decisions; recommend actions.
  • Manage stock orders and allocation to keep Parts Stores within established KPIs and healthy stock levels.
  • Coordinate smoothly with forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse; assist daily coordination with Ops and Warehouse.
  • Uphold safety and housekeeping standards; perform other duties as assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control (commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, or machinery/industrial parts).
  • Proven track record across spares management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, self-driven, organised, and able to work under pressure and longer hours when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and independent.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong user of inventory systems; strong in demand planning and inventory analysis.
