About the Role

You will be responsible for driving online growth and customer engagement by leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies and optimizing our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and paid advertising, to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
  • Lead the strategy and performance optimization of our eCommerce platform to maximize user engagement, improve conversion rates, and boost online sales.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance and website metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging, seamless customer journeys, and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, integrating best practices to refine marketing initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing and eCommerce professionals to deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in marketing and eCommerce roles, with a preference for experience in the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, with expertise in using data to measure campaign impact and guide strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver outcomes.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, website optimization, and related technologies.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
