Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive sales of battery testing services by ensuring client satisfaction, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the battery testing industry.
- Understand client requirements and tailor testing solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate testing services are delivered.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote company services.
Qualifications:
