IT Applications Service Delivery Manager

Exciting leadership opportunity in IT Applications Service Delivery Management with a global tech firm driving digital transformation across industries.

Job Purpose:

Lead IT teams to deliver application, cloud, and infrastructure services across public and private sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud, application, and infrastructure support services.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and services align with client contracts and expectations.
  • Lead service reviews and improve delivery processes through client feedback.
  • Guide and support technical teams with mentoring and professional development.
  • Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and optimize service delivery operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related; Master's is a plus.
  • 10+ years in IT service delivery, 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, app support, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and project management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

The successful IT Applications Service Delivery Manager must possess strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage cloud and application support services in complex environments.
