Roles & Responsibilities

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the banking/financial services industry to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs.
  • Lead development and deployment of ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across all ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AD, PKI, SCCM, Azure).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Establish platform standards and mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
  • Proven delivery of ITAM, ITOM, and CLM solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial services compliance and security requirements.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITAM/ITOM) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
