Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Leader to join our team. If you possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • DECCE-L, Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, or SDECCE with 2 years of experience as a Centre Leader (Senior Teachers with DPL are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with ECDA regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in Early Childhood Portals (e.g., CMS, One@ECDA Portal, CD Lens)
  • Knowledge of Subsidy Administration (applications, audit preparations) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide subordinates towards achieving common goals
