
Manager to Senior Manager, Incentive Policy New Singapore Tourism Board

Role Overview:
You will be part of a dynamic team involved in reviewing and formulating mid-to long-term incentive strategies to achieve STB's desired outcomes, especially in alignment with STB's Tourism 2040 (T2040) strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the management of grant schemes to ensure effective utilization, meet industry needs, and ensure policy compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Shape incentives to address market gaps, enhance destination attractiveness, expand target audiences, and grow industry capabilities.
- Lead the review and enhancement of the Tourism Development Fund, including proposing new grant types to meet T2040's ambitious goals.
- Assess and negotiate with government agencies and private sector partners on available incentives to support STB's initiatives.
- Oversee and administer selected grants, ensuring effective use, policy compliance, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain good relationships with external government agencies and teams within the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in policy review, development, and grants management.
- Experience with business data analytics, including proficiency with tools like Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematically inclined with good numerical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
