Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Discipline Management Team in enforcing the Student Code of Conduct, Campus Rules & Regulations, and Singapore Laws, with a focus on tobacco and vaping-related offences.
  • Conduct patrols and monitor known hotspots during peak periods to deter and address misconduct.
  • Enforce rules related to smoking, possession of tobacco (for underage students), vaping, and other disciplinary matters.
  • Respond to incidents of misconduct, disturbance, or non-compliance, and document key details for follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the evening security team to ensure continuous coverage during evening classes.
  • Collect evidence and provide statements when required, using approved tools and systems.
  • Attend to individuals in distress and assist until help arrives; first aid certification is an advantage.
  • Participate in joint operations with external agencies and contribute to the improvement of enforcement strategies.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on enforcement practices and campus safety protocols.

Pre-requisites:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage offenders.
  • Physically fit to conduct extended patrols and respond to incidents.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
  • Minimum 'N' Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in security, enforcement, or military/police roles is an advantage.
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

12:00pm - 09:00pm, Mon - Fri
