Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Dining Services team.
- Assist in cross-checking billing data from the Dining App before submission to Finance.
- Prepare resident engagement materials such as posters, slides & other communication tools.
- Support food safety efforts by supporting hygiene audits and preparing reports.
- Assist in preparing documentation for Dining Contract extensions.
- Contribute to upcoming initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience for residents.
- Any other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum O’ level or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Basic understanding of the food and beverage industry
- Have good understanding of various technologies, tools, and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Able to work independently
