Role Overview

As the Director of Commercial, you will be responsible for leading our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. You will oversee sales, business development, and account management functions, ensuring that commercial goals are met or exceeded. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact on company performance and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and inspire sales and business development teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Build and maintain high-value client relationships, securing long-term contracts and partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align commercial activities with overall company goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to inform decision-making
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to overall strategic planning
