Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst / Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product discovery, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and software testing, preferably within front office applications. This role involves working closely with business users, technology teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and financial industry trends (Public or Private Markets).
  • Engage with front-office stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Participate in the full product lifecycle—from ideation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment to post-launch support.
  • Support the definition and refinement of product vision and roadmap, and assist in the prioritization of features and tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, product management, and data analytics.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), support sprint planning, and ensure incremental and continuous delivery of product value.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear solution specifications and user stories.
  • Drive and maintain high-quality standards and best practices across analysis, testing, and delivery phases.
  • Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external stakeholders such as financial institutions, international banks, brokers, and solution providers.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting for front office applications as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, IT project management, business analysis, product management, or software development.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, product discovery, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and software test planning.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) concepts; experience working closely with UX/UI designers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with production support for front-office systems is a plus.
