Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new advertising clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client business needs and propose appropriate ad solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver effective campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

For Senior Executives:

  • 3 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales
  • Strong sales track record and existing client portfolio
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

For Junior Executives / Fresh Graduates:

  • Strong interest in media sales and business development
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
