Responsibilities 职责
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.

管理员工排班、出勤及绩效考核。 - Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
监督餐饮质量、卫生及安全标准,确保符合法规要求。 - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
及时且专业地处理客户的咨询、反馈和投诉。 - Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control to optimize restaurant profitability.
管理库存、供应商及成本控制,以优化餐厅盈利能力。 - Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and business performance.
编制并分析销售报告、预算及业务表现。 - Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotions.
协助策划并执行市场推广活动和促销方案。 - Ensure excellent teamwork and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
确保前厅与后厨之间的良好沟通与合作。 - Perform other duties assigned by management.
完成管理层交办的其他任务。
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is prefered.
酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业文凭/学位优先。 - Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in F&B industry.
至少 2 年餐饮业管理经验。 - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
具备优秀的领导力、问题解决能力及组织能力。 - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
优秀的客户服务和沟通能力。 - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
熟悉食品安全与卫生法规。 - Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
熟练使用 MS Office 及餐饮收银系统。 - Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff and customers).
中英文双语优先(需与中文员工及客户沟通)。
