Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Near Farrer Park MRT Station

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Hybrid Arrangement: Work-from-home every Thursday

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 (depends on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & HR Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support basic HR functions. This role is primarily accounting-focused (90%), with light HR duties (10%) to support internal operations. Candidates with strong accounting experience are welcome—even if they have limited or no HR background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and journal entries
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and monitor expenditures
  • Generate monthly and annual financial reports
  • Handle GST submissions and ensure tax compliance
  • Support internal teams with finance-related queries and reporting
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and statutory claims (e.g., NS, childcare/maternity/paternity leave)
  • Maintain employee records and liaise with insurance providers for staff movement
  • Help review HR policies and ensure compliance with MOM/IRAS/CPF guidelines
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and HR tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in accounting (HR experience not required)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics (Navision or Business Central 365) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and a positive, responsible attitude
