Roles & Responsibilities

PATHWAY PROGRAM & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Singapore Shooting Association ("SSA") warmly invites energetic and forward-looking individuals with cheerful characters to apply for the Pathway Program & Marketing Executive position. The appointed is expected to:

  • Report to Pathway Program Manager
  • Support and engage participants (from 7 years old to 12 years) in their learning in various pathway programs (laser/air gun shooting)
  • Liaise/Interact with various stakeholders including parents, participants, coaches, administrators, venue managers, etc.
  • Support a team of coaches in the preparation and delivery of the programs
  • Plan and manage marketing communications plan and publicity strategies to build awareness of shooting sports
  • Create engaging content and materials on digital media platforms
  • Optimize communication channels to maximize outreach and engagement with target audiences
  • Plan and manage targeted outreach events to schools and maintain continuous engagement
  • Help to develop, drive and implement fundraising initiatives through all marketing channels
  • Coordinate all development related mailings and including direct mails to help reinforce the mission of the organization
  • Identify and cultivate potential new partnerships that will advance the organization's mission
  • Able to work on weekends/evenings (if required) and willing to commute
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualification & REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Singapore Citizenship or Singapore Permanent Resident ("SPR")
  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma, preferably in sports management, communications, marketing, public relations or in related discipline
  • Exudes a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the sport
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies
  • Experience in fundraising / community engagement setting is a plus
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications/ interpersonal skills
