- Review, implement & monitorin the delivery of new IT system featuresMonitor and track theproject timeline to ensure smooth timely implementation of thesystem.
Review and improve system flow, process andpolicies across entire user journey to enhance operationsefficiency.
Review possible integration of various systemsto enhance robusticity of the system.
Consolidate list ofrequirements from stakeholders and prioritize the request accordingto impact. - Engagement relevant stakeholders togather feedback and requirements to ensure continuous improvementof the system.
- Management the use of data insystemCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop marketing listfor campaigns according to outreach strategy.
Monitor andtrack the use of data and its purpose.
Oversee the datainput quality and adherence to systemstandards.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and report onoutreach responses, campaigns, and events to optimize & rseethe Operation & Maintenance of Data Analytics and ensureadherence to PDPA. - Management of user matrixand authorized users for the systemEnsure the system users aregiven the right access based on their job role.

- Bachelor degree in anydiscipline
- Minimum 7 years of workingexperience (including leadership experience), preferably inhealthcare.
- Good verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Microsoft office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint)
